- Identify the top risks to our project

- Elaborate the risk management plan

- Measure the exposure to those risks every week and keep the risk management plan updated

Test Manager

- Design tests for each client's requirement

- Create a team of 2 or 3 elements to help on test designing. (Different perspectives allow better test effectiveness.)

- Check if those tests are being done correctly

Technical Manager

- Handles all technical issues.

- Prepare ground courses about the adopted technologies for the others developers.

- Define the development enverinoment.

- Test candidate frameworks.

- Help to define the architecture of the system.

Client Manager

- Interacts with the client

- Gathers the requirements

- Responsilble for Software concept and Requirements

- Demo the application for the client

Secretary

-Responsible for writing/delegating documentation

-Report writing and the writing/delegating of meeting protocols

-Keeping track of time during meetings

-Helping in creating a template for the project documentation
